Håkan Ericson

Håkan is a co-founder of OutPut. His projects as a management consultant have included among others intermediary Associate VP Sales roles for US company DeviceAnywhere Inc, Canadian Cilys Inc, and French Vitamib SAS. With OutPut, Håkan has also been delivering numerous projects to drive the development of value propositions, channel partnerships and intercultural seminars.

Before founding OutPut, Håkan held sales, marketing and services director positions with EHPT, Ericsson's former IT joint venture with Hewlett Packard. During 2000-2004 he lived with his family in Grenoble, France.

Earlier career positions include system design, hardware and software development as an IT consultant and in the aerospace business.

Håkan holds an MBA degree in International Business Management (1993) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (1987) from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Apart from speaking fluent French and German, Håkan also speaks fluent English.

Keith Browne

Keith has been involved with OutPut since 2007. He has many years of consulting experience both with OutPut and other organisations including PA International, Coopers & Lybrand and PwC where he reached the role of Partner.

He has assisted many businesses to improve their sales and marketing effectiveness in both the Engineering and High Tech sectors. These have included Airbus International, BAE Systems, Hewlett Packard, Ericsson and Tieto.

Prior to his consulting activities Keith held a variety of roles in R&D and Sales and Marketing in various divisions of Emerson Corporation as well as within the semiconductor industry.

Keith holds a post graduate masters degree from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science Honours degree in Physics from Queen's University of Belfast. He is also an affiliate member of The Institute of Chartered accountants.

Peter Svanberg

Peter is involved with OutPut since 2009. He has spent the last 15 years in senior global roles within Hewlett-Packard Corporation, the most recent one as Director of Business Transformation Consulting in 2006-2009, where he reported directly to the head of the $8B Communication Media & Entertainment (CME) business.

Peter's areas of expertise comprise among many others the translation of business requirements and corporate strategies into actionable solutions for managing transformational change across people, processes and technology.

He has advised top level management of service providers how to transform the business to achieve the expected business benefits from related IT investments in areas like operational efficiency, product innovation and customer care.

In all, Peter has more than 25 years of business management, project and program management and people management experience. Peter holds a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
